Mogadishu, (insidesomalia.org) - The administration members of Hiran region who fled from Baladweyn town yesterday are now back into the town.

The administration of Hiran region left the town noon yesterday, and they have returned overnight and now they are officially at their offices.

The dwellers of Baladweyn town are asking themselves were the region administration went to.

Soon after their departure the town residents dashed into the offices of the regional administration and looted the entire office materials from the offices.

Some reliable source say that the town administration fled because of fear for their lives, and as well the departure of the Ethiopian troops from Janta Kundiche, their returned came after the town elders advised them to come back to the town.

The town traders have taken back from the new administration arms and battlewagons they have earlier offered to the regional administration.

On the other hand the Ethiopian troops, which have reached at Halgan location in Hiran region, have had crucial discussion with the elders of the village based on the security of the region.

The latest report Somaliweyn radio is getting from the region says that the Ethiopian troops went towards Bulabarde district in the region.

The Ethiopian troops fired tow simultaneous rockets on the eastern direction of Halgan village, and landed at a place where there are no people.
